ORAC (Occold Recreational and Amenities Council) will once again be hosting a number of Fayres in 2018.
Each Fayre will have up to 25 inside stalls, plus a number of car boots, selling an eclectic range of goodies based on crafts, general market items and car boot items and will open from 9:30am to 12:00am.
Some of the stalls booked so far include handmade jewellery, cushions & soft furnishings, jams & chutneys, shabby chic furniture, wooden craft items, sweet & savoury cakes & pastries, Body Shop, household items, melamine picnicware, hand decorated glass,, vintage jewellery & antique items etc. You can see which sellers will be at each Fayre by clicking on the Stallholder Bookings in the left hand column of this page.

Occold Coffee Shop will also be open for the sale of bacon sarnies, tea, coffee, juice, sweets, croissants etc - all proceeds going to support Occold Pre School.

Stalls are £1 each but we also nvite donations to Macmillan Cancer Support - our chosen charity for 2018.
If you would like to book a stall, please use the Online Booking Form. If the Fayre(s) appear to be fully booked, then feel free to make a booking anyway as we do maintain a waiting list and things do change, often at short notice, through the year.

The Village Hall opens at 8:30am to set up and stalls must be cleared by 12:30pm.
The current opening times are 9:30am to 12:00am and we do expect all stallholders to be available during that period. Packing up early leaves empty tables which are not very welcoming to late visitors.
We have a 'No Show' policy should you book but not cancel before the event and or offer us an explanation within 48hrs..
'No shows' leave unsightly gaps in the table layout, may have caused additional work setting up your table, may have used one of the tables which are in short supply and is unfair on anyone on the waiting list who could have taken your place.
So in the event of a 'no show', any bookings for remaining markets in 2018 will automatically be cancelled. You can re-apply using the Online Booking Form and we will consider it.
In order to minimse it occurring, you can download the bookings from this page at any time plus I normally email the bookings 3-4 weeks in advance plus again a week or so before.
No need to book - just turn up on the day. No charge but donations, as for stallholders, welcome.
