  • Check availability - but you can download the Bookings
  • Arrange a viewing to assess its suitability
  • Report any damage, breakages or snags
  • Suggest any improvements


You can make a booking by:

You will be sent an invoice in respect of your hiring normally about 2 weeks before the hire date. Invoices will be sent electronically in PDF format to the email address you supplied. If you do not have have access to email, please ensure you give us an invoice address at the time of booking.

We can accept:

  • Cash or cheque made payabale to O.R.A.C. and sent to the Treasurer whose address will be on the invoice.

  • Bank transfer - details will be on the invoice. Please email orac.treasurer to confirm that payment has been made.
